
How To Focus In Study:-
There are many students who want to study, but their mind is not engaged in studies. If you want to pass the exam with good marks, then it is very important to study diligently. In today’s environment, there is very a simple reason for distraction from studies and that is the distraction of the mind. things that distract students from studies mainly include social networking websites, friends, family, noise, online games, with etc. Maybe the same happens with you too.
1. Choose appropriate place to study:-
> Your studies depend on your surrounding and environment. That’s why choosing the right place is very important. Keep these things in mind while choosing the place.
> There should be a calm environment for studies.
> Have a nice chair and table to sit on.
> There should be facility to keep books properly.
> Put a board of “Do Not Disturb” outside that room.
> While studying, tell the family members not to come to your room again and again.
2. Make study your routine work:-
> It is important to have a plan for studies. you can make such a plan to concentrate and study.
> Make a time table chart to study every day and study accordingly.
> Do not consider studies as separate from daily work.
> Always be enthusiastic to study.

4. Read properly:-

Always be associated with positive thoughts and read good inspirational books in free time. Even if you read while doing work, read with understanding.
5. Be Disciplined:-
Discipline is also included in the basic mantras of studying for a long time. If you want to concentrate in studies, then it is very important to maintain discipline. Your mind may start running from one side to another but discipline is the only thing which help you to study with concentration. So whenever, stop it and focus on your time table. For this, write and paste a piece of paper at your place of study, “I Will concentrate only on studies while studying and will not do anything else”. Consider studies as fun and not as a burden.

6. Know when to have a Rest:-

You must take a break of 5-10 minutes every 45-60 minutes, it keeps the mind fresh

8. Understand your body:-
Every student has a different way of studying and time. Some people study well in the morning or are good at their work, while some people try to study well at night. you have when your mind feels like studying more at night or during the day. Doing the right thing at the right time is called success.
9. Get enough and good sleep:-
Good sleep is very important to study diligently. When a person sleeps well, his hormones are properly regulated which strengthens the mind and also relaxes the body. This helps the students to remember the lesson studied. With a tired body, it is very difficult to concentrate or concentrate on studies at any time and sometimes it is also impossible. That’s why according to the need, one must sleep for 78 hours daily at night.
10. Eat Healthy Food:-
Good food is also necessary for staying health and studying. Eating good fruits, vegetables, and grains increases brain power. Nutritious and balanced diet also engages the mind in studies. Do not eat high fat, sweet, carbohydrate food as it harms your body.
